Carnarvon Gorge – main track up to Big Bend and the gorge
I got up early at 07:00 to catch the full day. A warm shower, some breakfast and off to the National Park entrance I was.
Started walking at 8:30 straight up to the end of the valley and then into the beautiful gorge to the left, up the crack to the top and then even further to the top of the next mound. It was 12:00 by then so I decided to walk back.
On my way back, the Amphi Theatre was really awesome. And the Art Gallery with all this Aboriginal paintings, stunning.
I was back at 16:30 and quite tired, but no pain at all, that’s fine.
Evening meal, pasta from yesterday enriched by a capsicum and an onion and a tomato and some pork and the pepper! It tasted fine, I liked it and I was very hungry, because all day I only had some bisques and some muesli bars. I forgot the knife, so no oranges.
There was a French group of 5, 2 men and 3 women. I got on electrical extension cable, so I could transfer all the photos of the last 2 days and work on them. The camera was loaded again, good.
Good night.
